Hi, I’m Scotty, a Junior General Pest and Timber Pest Management Technician with Allure Pest Solutions.
My Journey into Pest Management
My background wasn’t originally in pest management, but it has always involved helping people. Over the years I’ve worked in the public service, retail, change management consulting, and even as a dog trainer before finding my way into the pest management industry.
What drew me to this profession was the opportunity to combine problem-solving with helping people protect their homes and businesses. Whether I’m carrying out a termite inspection, treating a pest issue, or providing advice on prevention, my goal is always to deliver honest recommendations, clear communication, and practical solutions.
I believe what sets me apart is my focus on both the technical side of pest management and the customer experience. Anyone can carry out a treatment, but taking the time to explain what’s happening, answer questions, and help clients understand their options is what builds trust. I treat every property as if it were my own and genuinely care about achieving the best outcome for my clients.

I’m fully licensed and committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I’m always up to date with the latest industry knowledge, treatment methods, and termite management practices. I’m also an accredited installer through BASF, giving you peace of mind that I have the knowledge, training, and practical skills to provide accurate advice and effective termite protection solutions. Your home is often your greatest investment, and I take pride in helping homeowners make informed decisions to protect it from costly termite damage.
One of my favourite parts of the job is educating clients about termites and pests. I understand that discovering termite activity or dealing with an infestation can be stressful, so I aim to make the process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.
A little bit more about me
When I’m not crawling through roof voids or inspecting properties, you’ll usually find me spending time with my dogs, at the climbing gym, catching up with mates, or relaxing with a good movie or PC game.
