How we are maintaining best practices during Covid, This policy will be updated as the situation changes to service health and hygiene needs for clients and staff.

• We have zero cases of the virus reported from our staff and their families thus far
• Staff have been trained about current expected hygiene standards so protocols have been stepped up
• Staff who can work effectively from home are doing so
• Offices desktop surfaces, vehicles and tools are being cleaned daily
• Staff with symptoms are obliged to report them to Management, be tested and remove themselves from physical contact with other members of staff
• Service staff and those interacting with others are increasing interpersonal distance, avoiding contact with places and spaces where Coronavirus COVID-19 has been evident
• We welcome clients to choose whether they would like to be present during the inspection and/or treatment (many of our clients leave a key out for us)
• We have the ability to video inspections if required and/or discuss outcomes over the phone or video chat
