Termite knowledge is imperative for peace of mind! Did you know on average our pest and termite team attend 4 homes per day carrying out termite inspections, live termite treatments (inside homes & commercial buildings), spot treatments (e.g. nests in yards or properties), termite quotes and general pest control, that’s 20 homes per week and almost 1000 homes per year, each.
What does this mean for you? That’s a great deal of knowledge about local areas, vegetation, conducive conditions, construction types and the types of termites we see here in Southeast Queensland.
At Allure Pest Solutions, our current combined termite knowledge pool is over 130 years! That’s a huge deal when it comes to tackling one of the most destructive pests on the planet – DID YOU KNOW THAT TERMITES ARE MORE DESTRUCTIVE THAN NATURAL DISASTERS?! In Australia, termites reportedly cause more damage to our homes than fires, floods and storms combined. About 1/3 of all homes in Queensland will experience termite activity at some point.

At the time of writing this, our team, includes Alan (Owner – 23 years’ experience), Alastair (Pre-construction manager – 21 years’ experience), Joel (Operations manager – 25 years’ experience), Andy (Senior tech – 16 years’ experience), Kuyan (General manager – 15 years’ experience), Austyn (Senior tech – 10 years’ experience), Ravi (Senior tech – 11 years’ experience), Alex (Senior tech – 5 years’ experience), Wade (Senior tech – 3 years’ experience), Steven (Senior tech – 4 years’ experience), Stephen (Business development – 2 years’ experience), David (Tech – 2 years’ experience), Scott (Tech – 1 year experience), plus our lovely admin team (two of them are currently studying pest control)!
Support…
We believe the best way to support our customers is to be the most highly educated team in the southeast Queensland region, so therefore all staff undergo a pathway that includes obtaining a certificate 3 in Pest Management. We also have two staff members with a Certificate 4 – Training and Assessment in Pest Management. Our management team are actively engaged in the pest management industry too – our General Manager is the Queensland AEPMA (Australian Environment Pest Control Association: https://aepma.com.au/) Chair and Board representative and one of the chairs of AWPMA (Australian Women in Pest Management Association: https://awpma.org.au/), our Operations Manager is working on codes of practice within the task forces of AEPMA and our Business Development Manager is in the Greater Caboolture Chamber of Commerce (https://www.greatercaboolture.com.au/), to name just a few.
