Pre-Construction Termite Management is designed for the life of your house. It is typically designed for each structure type and installed in stages. Usually, a pre-slab treatment is carried out the ensure the service (i.e. plumbing and electrical) penetrations are protected. Next, a treatment is carried out prior to the frame being installed. A third step is often required to prevent Termite ingress via concrete slab abutments.
